Photo courtesy of Bohen you can really see how the dial comes together from the raised indices, handset, and internal date magnifier. The domed aerospace sapphire crystal is also treated with 2 layers of AR coating on the inside only.

The internal date magnifier connected by two brides was a big draw for me personally as its not something really seen and they executed it very well. The date comes through clean and clear and well may not be largely magnified it does the job quite well.
Taking a close look at the dial I was also very impressed with the level of detail not noticeable to the naked eye. The Superluminova X1 Gel is extremely bright and layered into the indices and hands perfectly. The 6 and 9 markers also very well done at this level. The text is crisp and clean as well.
The 60 click unidirectional Ceramic bezel aligns perfectly while being easy to grip and rotate with no back play. The markers are done very well too being super crisp and clean which shows even from afar. Its also very important to note the stress test that was done on this bezel from Oliver Mory of Olivier Mory Mechanics which was truly a great stress test on the bezel and movement to squash and doubts if you think this isn't built tough. You can check out his site and testing on the Mille Mer with a link ill provide down below.

Moving towards the case we can see a very well executed brushing and polishing around the case. It also worth noting that this is has an Antimagnetic cage, Antimagnetic Movement, and Nonmagnetic Stainless Steel case and band. The crown can be a bit difficult to pull out just because of the positioning but it does have a smooth wind and easy engagement points.
The caseback is constructed of Grade 5 titanium. The level of refinement can be seen throughout the back with everything feeling smooth and rounded off being comfortable on the wrist.
The space linked bracelet I find to be really comfortable on the wrist. The bracelet feels like butter with the high level brushing and polishing. The quick change system is very easy to use and solid and you get plenty levels of adjustment thanks to the adjustable buckle.

To sum up the Bohen Mille Mer is truly a fantastic piece. Ordering this back in October 2021 and just receiving it this past week it was very worth the wait. Blaise and his wife Lucie were very open and transparent with the process with monthly updates along the way. The sheer specification of the watch are a divers dream and the Soprod M100 modifed by Bohen keeps amazing time and although not seen has lovely a finish to it. I look forward to getting the Stardiver which will be Bohen's next release and all future releases.
