Brellum has just released its newest limited edition with the Pandial LE.1 Chronometer. If you are not famliar with Brellum well you should definitely take a look at what they have to offer. Brellum is owned by Sebastien Muller a 4th generation watch maker with its brand cultivated in the Jura Mountains of Swiss Watchmaking. Sebastien has over 25 years in watchmaking and with his amazing attention to detail and quality there is no doubt in my mind that he produces some of the highest quality pieces that I would dare say rival many famous Swiss brands out there. Brellum is also an independent watch brand 100% owned by Sebastien with direct access to the customer. They offer only officially certified COSC watches with only 299 watches made each year. With this latest Limited edition there will only be 33 made in the world. Since numbers are limited lets take a deeper dive into this excellent piece.

The multi-level dial is absolutely gorgeous with the white and blue accents. I love the polished hands on the 30 minute and 12 hour sub dials while keeping a black hand for the seconds providing a great contrast being easy to read. The dial for me has that sporty look while also keeping things classy and sophisticated.

The finer details though out the dial are done exceptionally well. The blue and black bordered lumed markers the diamond cut indexes are all done with great detail and finish. The numbers across the subdials are so crisp and clean it's hard to find any faults with them at all.

Just like the Brellum Wyvern I reviewed before the Diamond cut hands on these watches are just so clean and perfect they are a joy to look at up close. Sebastien has really taken the time to provide you with the refinement I personally love to see on watches of this caliber.

The day date function is well spaced and I love the thin black border dividing the two windows. This LE Pandial also gets an added 50 meters of resistance.

The brushing on the sides of the case is very refined and smooth. The Crown logo is actually smooth and not sharp and winding it a delight along with the different engagement points.

Looking at the back of the watch you will be treated with such a beautifully done Brellum BR-750-2 (Valjoux 7750 Base) movement witch is covered by a dome sapphire. The movement is highly decorated with Peralge, Geneva Stripes, blue screws, and a gold coated numbered Brellum rotor.

Excellent level of detail on the movement from the perlage and striping to the engraving on the rotor you can just lose track of time looking at everything. I always admire and appreciate the level of detail on the Wyvern.

The watch is very comfortable on both their Stainless strap and handmade Nebur Tec strap. I really love the bracelet and it was very easy to size on my 7.5" wrist. When ordering the watch you can also have it sized from Brellum. The 43mm case is perfect for me and the lug to lug of about 51 also fits in my sweet spot.

Sebastien has excellent taste when presenting you your watch. The watch shipped to me with no issues and was packaged securely. The watch ships with all the tools you need to size your watch and the extra links are all wrapped in their own little pouch. The leather travel case he includes is top notch and feels super luxurious in your hands.

To sum up this review I think Brellum once again hit it out of the ball park with this one. Interesting enough I actually bought this one sight unseen which tells you how much I appreciate and love what Sebastien is doing at Brellum. Its hard for me to find something truly negative about this watch and I think other Brellum owners may agree there isnt much you complain about with these watches. If I had to pick something it would possibly be that the engravings on the back did not have the clear lacquer coat over it to make it smoother like on the Wyvern Dual Time piece they also have. Does this make it or break it for me absolutely not. The engravings are still well done that you do not feel anything on the wrist only if you run your finger over them.

The Pandial LE.1 DD Chronometer currently retails for CHF 2'750.00 or about $2,830. With a limited run of only 33 being made now 32...I honestly cant wait for his next release and if anyone should need any other pictures or has nay questions then please feel free to contact me anytime! Thanks for the in depth review and vote of confidence Derek. The pictures show the detail so well, and I’m going to need to find/put one of these in my keeper box.
